You can move video clips around within the timeline by clicking and dragging them up, down, left or right. If there may be audio with the clip you’re moving to the timeline, that will routinely be added as one or two new tracks of audio situated on A1 and A2 beneath the video track. You can add a clip to a sequence within the Timeline by dragging it from Source pane on the highest left of the screen, all the method down to the Timeline pane on the decrease right. Alternatively, you can drag and drop video footage from the Project pane immediately into the timeline. You can change settings right here to match the video format for the digital camera you used for this project. You then can save the adjustments as a custom setting to reuse later (this is helpful if you’re repeatedly using the identical video camera).
